About George Simchuk
George Simchuk has spent four decades in the mining industry in positions ranging from Mine Shift Foreman for the Anaconda Company to President and CEO of Pathfinder Mines Corp. Expert across all phases of operations and engineering as well as corporate development, George Simchuk possesses a strong track record in the mining, processing, and marketing of uranium, gold, copper, iron, coal, and phosphate.

George Simchuk flies on both the Atlantic and Pacific coastlines of the continent.
His volunteer work also includes assisting people suffering with cancer who cannot afford transportation to their respective clinics for regular treatment.
The organization, Angel Flight, is national and accepts only pilots with sufficient hours and demonstrated flight skills in weather and non-weather flying. George Simchuk was fortunate to be accepted as one of their pilots. He volunteers as much as he can afford, from a financial standpoint, to fly to the patient’s home town and transporting them to their clinic. The entire cost of the flight is born by the pilot. It is among the most rewarding work that George Simchuk has been involved in.
