George Graffy

George Graffy is the President of Smart Circle International, a referral marketing and direct to consumer sales program with operations in Toronto, Canada, Foothill Ranch, CA, and Dallas, TX. Founded in 1989, Smart Circle International is internationally recognized as the top name in the referral marketing industry. Smart Circle International helps both consumers and businesses by offering incentives that in turn generate new customers, increase sales, fill up unused capacity, and promote brand loyalty. As President of Smart Circle International since 2003, George Graffy has been credited with helping to improve the way Smart Circle International representatives and affiliates deal with customer service issues in the business arena. George Graffy has also worked diligently to help streamline many of the processes involved in the Smart Circle International program, such as increasing product supply and improving upon many other business operations. Clients of Smart Circle include Hyatt Hotels, YUM Restaurants, Home Depot, American Golf Corp, Troon Golf, Improv Comedy Clubs, Wyndham Vacation Clubs, Westgate, Six Flags Amusement Parks, Cinemark, Carmike Cinemas, DirecTV, Firestone, Sam's Club, Costco, BJs Wholesale, Sears, Best Buy, Wal-mart, Circuit City, and, over 1000 local spas, salons, restaurants and fine dining establishments. George Graffy earned his B.S. in Economics at the University of Pennsylvania in 1986, graduated from the Wharton School of the University Of Pennsylvania in 1986 and recieved his MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University in 1989. Prior to his tenure at Smart Circle International, Mr. Graffy worked in the marketing departments behind some of the world’s best-known brands, including PepsiCo, Clorox, and Yum! Brands, Inc. When he is not working, Mr. Graffy enjoys traveling, reading, and coaching sports such as soccer, and lacrosse.
