Gary is the Chief Investment Officer for LifeCenters Development, a Nashville based development company specializing in the Seniors Housing markets of Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. LifeCenters also develops for medical office buildings (MOB) and light retail.
As Chief Investment Officer, Gary is responsible for LifeCenters site acquisition and capital raising strategies. In 2015, he researched and vetted target projects with a combined build out value of over 200 million USD. His exhaustive research intelligently uses multiple sources of data to determine how and where to build seniors housing. He also instituted LifeCenters Private Equity strategy.
Prior to this, Gary was CEO of a mortgage company that funded over 30 million in mortgage loans annually. Following that, he grew a Loss Mitigation company that repackaged mortgage loans on over 140 million worth of mortgage loans annually. He has raised millions of dollars in private equity and is an expert in scaling companies.
Gary has done Advanced Studies in Commercial Real Estate Development through NAIOP. He has earned and holds a SRES designation (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and is a member of the Seniors Real Estate Specialist Council.
