About Garry Bellman
A successful senior manager with 18 years of experience across only two companies. With extensive experience of directing: - Line management staffs, technical & design personnel, and installation teams. Extensive industry knowledge in the rail environment with required regulations and rail standards awareness. Able to run projects from initial enquiry-, PPQ/RFQ, commercial management - contract negotiation/contract award, contract management to project management from start to completion, including:- pricing/tendering, conceptual design, design approvals, project planning, Project/Company P&L, implementation and hand-over documentation.
A self-motivated, hard working and reliable character, a strong team player but equally capable of working alone. I tend to produce my best work when under pressure but also have the motivation and time management ability to succeed in a more relaxed environment.
I have excellent communication skills, I am well organised and able to prioritise my work according to importance.
Able to diversify my experience and commercial contractual skills while improving my own personal development. Furthermore I believe that I can expand my character within a challenging new position whilst adding value to the role I am assigned to and the team I work within.
