About Frederick McMenimen
Frederick McMenimen is a financial services industry professional with more than two decades of experience in business management and life insurance and affiliated financial products sales.
Frederick McMenimen studied at Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts; Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts; the University of North Carolina at Greensboro; and the University of New Hampshire in Durham. Additionally, Frederick McMenimen has completed executive management and professional development courses at the Babson School of Executive Management and the Xerox School of Executive Education.
In 1984, Frederick McMenimen became Account Manager at the Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Lynn, Massachusetts. The following year, Frederick McMenimen was promoted to District and Marketing Manager and directed the national deployment of Cherry Coke and New Coke. Frederick McMenimen helped the Coca-Cola company increase sales in Seabrook, New Hampshire, an area previously dominated by competitors.
In April 1989, Frederick McMenimen became licensed to sell life insurance and financial products, and the following year he began his career in the life insurance industry. Frederick McMenimen held a number of finance positions at John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company in the Boston, Massachusetts area. His titles were Financial Products Agent, Sales Manager, Regional Manager, and Agency Manager. Frederick McMenimen coached sales staff, consulted with other managers on operational issues, and was responsible for developing profit and loss forecasts.
In 1997, Frederick McMenimen co-founded Seacoast Sportsplex Group in Exeter, New Hampshire, serving as the company’s Chief Financial Officer and Managing Partner. Frederick McMenimen has held this position for more than 10 years.
Additionally, Frederick McMenimen held a series of other positions concurrently. From 1998 to1999, Frederick McMenimen served as the President at NHL Skate in Exeter, New Hampshire, and from 1999 to 2000, he served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for a Boston financial services firm, Copley Financial Group. Frederick McMenimen operated his own Boston-based financial firm from 2000 to 2007, where he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer, earning in excess of 176% in year-to-date sales.
For his achievements, Frederick McMenimen has received numerous industry awards, such as the John Hancock Managers Recognition Award, from 1993 to 1995; and the John Hancock Architect of Success Awards, from 1990 to 1995.
Outside of his professional life, Frederick McMenimen is a Level 5 Masters Coach and IP Director for USA Hockey for New Hampshire.
