About Frank Schwall
After teaching high school for five years in Dallas and Houston, Frank Schwall left education to pursue opportunities in the financial services industry. In 1993, he began working as a Financial Advisor with the brokerage firm PaineWebber, where he assisted clients with IRA rollovers and developed expertise in asset management. In 1997, Mr. Schwall accepted a promotion to the position of Regional Sales Director for Mitchell Hutchins, PaineWebber’s specialized asset management company. Frank Schwall’s financial expertise, combined with his communication and interpersonal skills, allowed him to build relationships and lead his team to become one of Mitchell Hutchins’ top producers.
In 2000, Mr. Schwall assisted with the restructuring of the company after PaineWebber merged with UBS and Mitchell Hutchins was rebranded UBS Global Asset Management. As National Sales Manager for UBS Global Asset Management, Frank Schwall led a 20-employee team and continued to increase sales of mutual funds and separately managed accounts (SMAs). He was also responsible for marketing the leading fund in the UBS system, the Tactical Allocation Fund. Mr. Schwall served as a key liaison between senior UBS executives and UBS Global Asset Management, building relationships that strengthened UBS as a whole.
Frank Schwall earned his Bachelor of Science in Education from Baylor University. Though he left classroom teaching in 1993, he remains committed to improving educational and recreational opportunities for youth in his community. Mr. Schwall led the effort to establish the first Little League field in Scarsdale, New York, helping to raise more than $150,000 in private donations for the project. He is currently an executive with Bluestar Jets, LLC, in New York.
