Throughout his career, Frank LaRosa has maintained a commitment to providing superior service. Prior to his position at ELITE Recruiting & Consulting, he served in various roles with Smith Barney and its successor, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, from 1999 to 2011. Besides managing clients assets, he applied his expertise to recruit and retain knowledgeable and skilled financial advisors. During his tenure, he received many accolades. Notably, as Branch Manager for Smith Barney’s office in Alexandria, Virginia, LaRosa received a client service excellence award. He later earned recognition for his work as Senior Vice President at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. While managing the firm’s Southern New Jersey Complex, he developed and maintained the top customer service model in the region. For his exceptional management of the Southern New Jersey Complex, he was also honored by On Wall Street magazine, which named him to its list of Top 10 Managers of 2010. He prepared for his career with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Kean University.
Frank LaRosa lives in Moorestown, New Jersey, with his wife and two boys. An amateur boxer, he spends several days a week in the gym. In his leisure time, LaRosa enjoys golfing or fishing with his sons.
