Fiona McCallion - Professional Summary:     I am a teacher and practitioner registered with the lead professional organisations in the UK (UK Reiki Federation and AAMET).  During my 20 years experience, I've taught and faciliated groups and workshops both here in the UK and in the USA, as well as provided consultations to a diverse range of clients. 

 

 

Fiona McCallion - Professional Experience:     Primarily focused on life coaching, stress management and relaxation, I use various tools to help clients overcome challenges to moving forward in their lives, whether those challenges are a result of past experiences (eg, redundancy, downsizing, divorce etc), present situations (eg, setting up a new business, interview anxiety, current divorce, health issues etc) or future ambitions (eg, setting and achieving goals, creating a vision of life or health success, finding a life or business partner).

 

In today's economic environment stress and anxiety are major contributors to health, work and relationship challenges.  Sessions with me - face to face, by phone or through skype - help you to let go of past baggage, clarify where you are right now and meet and overcome internal obstacles to where you want to be.  Some of my tools may seem a little odd to begin with, but the results you can achieve with them mean they are worth approaching with an open mind.  

Far from being "therapy", the process is fun, insightful and empowering.  The best bit is that you can learn to use the tools for yourself, so that you become independent and empowered to help yourself within a very short time.  After the first few sessions, most clients prefer to return only occasionally for help with big challenges that arise, rather than being tied to me for ever - a bonus in itself!
