Professional Security Services

Fidelity provides specialized services to fit our client's needs. Security services can be provided for a single, special event or for the long term. Uniformed Security Officers can be provided for your business, to be a professional, visible deterrent to theft, to observe & report to you any unusual activities and provide you with peace of mind. All security officers of Fidelity have been trained to a level that meets and exceeds the State of Illinois requirements for contract security officers. In addition, applicants are screened and checked prior to hiring, and must undergo a period as a probationary officer, before being approved as a long-term, permanent hire.

Special  Services

In addition to traditional uniformed security services, Fidelity also provides trained professionals for clients with specialized needs, such as escorting or bodyguard services. 

General Services

Fidelity provides comprehensive coverage for customers requiring standard services. Our officers provide services dressed in the standard "patrol-type" uniform, blazer, or polo shirt, as agreed upon with the client. We do this to ensure that the security personnel add to the client's professional image.

Officers can be posted at specific locations, or can do periodic or continuous patrols to ensure safety and security on the client's property. Upon finding any issue, officers will provide written reports on what was found, as well as what was done, in accordance with previously established post orders.

Fidelity provides field supervisors, that check on security personnel to ensure a high level of service, and to acquire timely feedback from the client contact.
