About Ezra Dweck
Running the New York family jewelry business Ambras Fine Jewelry and receiving his degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Ezra Dweck was recently honored with the title President Emeritus.
The former President of Ambras, Ezra Dweck oversaw the jewelry company’s product distribution and created service solutions for retailers, online merchants, and wholesalers. Leading the charge for acquisition strategy and business development, he was responsible for establishing new accounts for both national and global brands. Handling sales valued at more than $100 million in cumulative sales, Mr. Dweck seamlessly handled the company’s transitioning from gold to silver and managed the creation of a new distribution center. Since his departure from Ambras in 2011, Ezra Dweck serves as the founding member of the Safra Asset Management Corporation's Private Equity team in New York City. Mr. Dweck’s experienced business acumen leads the firm's investment activities.
A member of the New York community, Ezra Dweck previously served as a board member of Barkai Yeshiva and is an active member on the fundraising board for Reach for the Stars Learning Center in Brooklyn. Affected by his mother’s cancer while still a child, he continues to contribute funds to cancer research organizations. He is a member of The Wharton School Alumni and the Jewelry Retail Network. When relaxing away from his business life, Ezra Dweck enjoys time spent with family, as well as reading and discussing philosophy. He lives with family in the New York Metropolitan area.
