I have worked with large clinical practices, customer call centre's, sales and operations centre's and other corporate services functions. The businesses have operated in a variety of industry sectors including finance, general insurance, health insurance and health management.

Responsibilities have included overseeing large portfolios providing shared IT services to multiple organisation's.

 

Experienced gained in M&A's and other key strategic growth initiatives positions me well to provide advice and direction to the business. With AHM I have pioneered and led various innovative services in the industry creating tangible differentiation from our competitors. Some initiatives extended internationally into Asia and Europe.
