Eric Schimpf holds diverse career experience in the banking and investment management industries. Early in his career, he joined Merrill Lynch, United States Private Client Group, where he rose to leadership positions including regional director of the private banking and investment group. During that time, he oversaw investment group and private banking operations across the Southeastern United States and generated annual revenues of more than $200 million. Eric Schimpf subsequently became global head of a Private Wealth company in Australia. Currently, he oversees a multimillion-dollar portfolio as an Executive Director and directly manages global investments in areas such as clean technology, foreign exchange, and third party distribution.
Over the course of his career, Eric Schimpf has forged professional ties across the globe. He currently maintains affiliations with the American Australian Chamber of the Commerce and the Australian American Association. Beyond his professional connections, he also holds a membership with the National Academy of the Recording Arts and Sciences (the organization that sponsors the GRAMMYAwards) and is a founding member of a management network for US service academy graduates.
