Emmanuel Witzman JD

Associate Emmanuel Witzman at MacLean Family Law Group strives to protect the firm's clients' assets through careful legal preparation. He works closely with firm founder and Articling Principal, Lorne N. MacLean, on a variety of divorce-related issues, such as child and spousal support issues, guardianship and access cases, high-conflict custody, and property division.

 

Emmanuel Witzman works with medium to high net worth clients, as part of a team of seasoned, dedicated associates whose skills cover a diversity of legal areas. Emmanuel Witzman joined MacLean Family Law Group in 2010, after completing his JD at the Queen's University Faculty of Law in 2009. Prior to studying law, he majored in theatre, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2006. Moreover, Emmanuel Witzman is fluent in other languages, as are most of the associates at his firm. He speaks French and Hebrew, and he translated lengthy French legal documents while he was a student at Queen's University.

 

Linguistic versatility is one of the MacLean Family Law team's many assets, as the firm often has to resolve legal issues with international parties. While at Queen's University, Emmanuel Witzman was the recipient of several scholarships and grants. He also reached the finals in the 2008 Hicks Morley Arbitration Competition. During his free time, he enjoys competitive team sports such as football, rugby, and hockey.
