Throughout her career, Eleni Demetriou has demonstrated her professional flexibility and determination. Eleni Demetriou has served several high-profile financial concerns, specializing in institutional marketing, fixed income, trading, and portfolio construction.
From 2008 to 2009, Eleni Demetriou served as Vice President of Institutional Marketing for Prudential Financial’s US Business division. Eleni Demetriou’s gift for synthesizing and representing complex information served her well at Prudential, as did her ability to perform well under pressure. In addition to her responsibilities in data management and analysis, Eleni Demetriou stayed abreast of critical issues to capture high-value business opportunities.
Prior to her time at Prudential Financial, Eleni Demetriou was Vice President of the Investor Strategy Group for US Fixed Income at ML. For four years, Eleni Demetriou advised clients, constructed portfolios, and identified trading strategies while building beneficial Wall Street relationships. Eleni Demetriou has also worked as a trader and in financial and equities management.
A graduate of Rutgers University, Eleni Demetriou is also the bearer of an MBA from Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey. While focusing on finance, Eleni Demetriou joined the international business honor society Beta Gamma Sigma and received the Stillman School of Business Leadership Award. Eleni Demetriou also earned a certificate in International Business and maintains membership in the National Association of Professional Women.
Eleni Demetriou takes pleasure in bike riding, running, and spin classes to stay fit, though spending time with her family remains her favorite activity. Eleni Demetriou is also a lover of animals and a devoted reader, especially of Nelson DeMille’s work.
