In addition to the government relations and public affairs campaigns he provides through Capital Associates, Edward E. O’Sullivan offers a wide spectrum of business development and marketing services, with a particular emphasis on information technology procurements on a local, state, and federal basis. Edward E. O’Sullivan also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Payer Technologies LLC, a health care information technology provider; Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Straight Cents LLC, a financial news television network; and Principal of Capital Advertising LLC, which focuses on outdoor advertising and billboards.

 

Edward E. O’Sullivan launched his career after graduating cum laude from Boston College and earning his J.D. from New England Law | Boston. Following graduation, Edward E. O'Sullivan spent a lengthy period serving as Counsel for the Massachusetts House Minority Leader in the Massachusetts Legislature. In this role, he was responsible for a staff of professionals who served the Minority leadership and caucus. Drafting legislation and amendments, performing research, and organizing information for debate, Edward E. O'Sullivan and his staff worked closely with the Minority leadership and members to provide concise and effective legislation.

 

Following a long and distinguished career working in the Massachusetts Legislature, Edward E. O'Sullivan served as Director of Public Affairs and Associate Counsel at Associated Industries of Massachusetts, a statewide trade association representing the interests of the manufacturing community. Edward E. O'Sullivan was responsible for educating and organizing the thousands of company members into an effective advocacy force for the interests of the business and manufacturing industries.

 

Following his service at Associated Industries of Massachusetts, Edward E. O'Sullivan spent eight years at The Choate Group, a subsidiary of the Boston law firm Choate Hall & Stewart LLP, where he served as Senior Vice President. He concentrated his efforts on various aspects of government representation and public affairs. In 1994, Edward E. O’Sullivan founded Capital Associates and entered into the second phase of his career.

 

A pillar of the Boston business community, Edward E.
