Songwriter and musician Earl Ricker began his music career in college, playing with a number of bands while pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Business at Northern Michigan University. During his college years, Earl Ricker performed with a group that opened for country singer Joe Stampley. Actively involved with the Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI), Earl Ricker strives to learn about the industry. Earl Ricker possesses experience as a recording engineer and often uses Avid Technology’s Pro Tools recording software to produce his original songs. Earl Ricker composes country and Christian songs.


Often inspired by his charity works, Earl Ricker has written numerous songs that pay tribute and raise awareness about organizations such as Feed My Starving Children, 100 Club of Arizona, Save the Family Foundation of Arizona, National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund (NLEOMF), and Maggie’s Place. Earl Ricker wrote “Not Coming Home” in response to what families of fallen officers and law enforcement agents experience. Other songs Earl Ricker has written include “Edge of a Miracle,” “Blue Genes,” and “When He Comes to Me.” Earl Ricker is deeply influenced by his Christian roots and often pens songs describing his relationship with God.
