Founded in 2007, SilverLeaf Financial was established by Dwight Shane Baldwin as a specialized private equity firm designed to operate within the financial landscape caused by the recession. SilverLeaf Financial is only one of several companies Dwight Shane Baldwin has managed and operated. Dwight Shane Baldwin is also the founder of SilverLeaf Mortgage and SilverLeaf Real Estate. Before engaging in his entrepreneurial pursuits, Dwight Shane Baldwin served as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch for over three years and was directly responsible for client acquisitions and business expansion that totaled $600 million. With a wide range of experience in a variety of business settings, Dwight Shane Baldwin deftly manages SilverLeaf Financial, a company imbued with his values of attention to detail, creating win/win situations, and an incomparable work ethic. Dwight Shane Baldwin’s practical experience is complemented by the theoretical knowledge he gained as a student at Brigham Young University-Hawaii, where he studied business administration and marketing.
Deeply engaged in his community, Dwight Shane Baldwin participates actively in a number of charities and service organizations. Dwight Shane Baldwin is a Board Member of the National Shaken Baby Foundation and the Northern Utah Chapter of the American Red Cross. A Former Chapter President of Toastmasters, a non-profit devoted to the development of public speaking and leadership skills, Dwight Shane Baldwin still remains active as a current member.
