Dudley Trueman - Professional Summary & Experience: 

I am an ITIL V2 certified IT Service Manager (plus ITIL V3 foundation certified) based in Bristol. I have over 18 years’ experience of building and delivering software applications and IT services for software houses, consultancies and blue chip clients.

I have been providing contract consultancy with the SG&I (Security, Government & Infrastructure) team at Intergraph UK in Swindon for almost 4 years to deliver and support a £multi-million GIS solution project to the Ordnance Survey, which was successfully delivered to the customer at Christmas 2010. 

 

Following go-live in early 2011, I have been responsible for transitioning the delivery processes from project-based to a Support and Maintenance footing. Primary responsibility is now in providing Operational support in the form of Configuration, Change and Release Management, IT Service and Project Management and the coordination and reporting for delivery plans and schedules for new changes to the system.
