About Dr Timothy Huckabee
Dentistry: ADA Definition
The American Dental Association (ADA) defines dentistry as “the evaluation, diagnosis, prevention and/or treatment (nonsurgical, surgical or related procedures) of diseases, disorders and/or conditions of the oral cavity, maxillofacial area and/or the adjacent and associated structures and their impact on the human body,” a definition that, while precise, still allows for a great degree of variety in terms of dentists. Dr. Timothy Huckabee founded his private dental clinic over 10 years ago with the intention of practicing dentistry in accordance with the ADA’s definition while providing the best service in all of Texas.
A graduate of Texas Tech University and Baylor University’s College of Dentistry, Dr. Timothy Huckabee has long known that with education comes opportunity. The more a dentist knows and understands his job role and his patients’ needs, the better he can serve them. To that end, Dr. Huckabee is committed to lifelong education and professional development. In addition to his two degrees, Dr. Huckabee is a graduate of the Advanced Aesthetic Program at New York University, the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine’s IV Sedation and Dentistry Courses. The courses have certified Dr. Huckabee for intravenous conscious sedation, and his continual training allows him to bring the latest advancements in both aesthetic and restorative dentistry to his patients.
Over the course of his career, Dr. Huckabee has been recognized for his outstanding work and commitment to professionalism by many media outlets and publications. He has authored articles in leading dental journals and has been interviewed by television and radio programs and national consumer magazines, such as Good Morning Texas, Health and Fitness, and Ft. Worth, Texas magazine.
Dr. Huckabee currently resides in Texas with his wife and three children.
