An experienced medical professional, Dr. Dennis Ayon has received a number of awards and commendations for his work. Among others, these include multiple American Medical Association Physician’s Awards and a Tripler Army Medical Center Service Recognition Award. Furthermore, Dr. Dennis Ayon earned various awards and scholarships during the course of his medical training, including election to the Golden Key Honor Society and several scholarships presented by the Latin American Educational Foundation. In addition, he received scholarships from the League of United Latin American Citizens and the Leda B. Schwartz Scholarship while at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.
At present, Dennis Ayon, MD, serves as a member of the medical staff with the United States Department of Health and the Indian Health Service at Mescalero Hospital in New Mexico. Previously, he practiced internal medicine with Jack Zhou, MD, Inc., and with Island Medical Care, Inc. He holds a doctor of medicine from the University of Michigan Medical School.
