Possessing a 32 year career of distinguished pediatric dental care, Dr. Ray Pollock has exhibited an unparalleled commitment to providing superior dental services to all of his child patients. After completing his specialization certification, Dr. Ray L. Pollock established Ray L. Pollock & Associates, D.D.S., P.A. in 1978 in Melbourne, Florida. In 1987, his practice opened a second location in Palm Bay, Florida. Accepting Medicaid insurance in addition to most other plans, Dr. Ray L. Pollock has committed his practice and unique specialization in pediatric dental care to ensure that children of all socio economic backgrounds receive competent and thorough dental treatment. Currently, Ray L. Pollock & Associates, D.D.S., P.A. is the only pediatric dental specialist caring for the Medicaid community in Brevard County, Florida. Dr. Pollock’s group of doctors has amassed over 160 years of clinical experience, and caring for the Medicaid population of children fulfills a crucial community need.
A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Dr. Ray Pollock is an alumnus of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Dr. Pollock then attended Case Western University to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1974. After his service in the U.S. Naval Reserves, Dr. Pollock obtained his specialty certification from the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Ray Pollock belongs to a number of professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Central Florida District Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and the Brevard County Dental Society.
Pediatric dentistry is one of the nine areas of specialization in the field of dental care, and all practitioners are required to complete an additional two years of extensive training after dental school. Dr. Ray L. Pollock, D.D.S. leverages his vast clinical experience and extensive training into creating a successful group practice that is equipped to handle the particular demands of children.
