About Dr. Patrick Muffley
With a fellowship from the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Patrick Muffley has been working with Women’s Contemporary Health-Care since 2009. Women’s Contemporary Health-Care, located in Westerville, Ohio, provides comprehensive services to women for their health and sexuality. Since joining the clinic in 2009, Dr. Patrick Muffley has established several new procedures in the office, such as the evaluation and treatment of urinary disorders, endometrial ablation for dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and hysteroscopic sterilization. Dr. Patrick Muffley is committed to providing women with the most convenient, non-invasive, and economically feasible medical options.
Dr. Patrick Muffley received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Otterbein College and completed graduate coursework in biochemistry at the University of Louisville, in Louisville, Kentucky. Dr. Patrick Muffley earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 1997 from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Upon completing medical school, Dr. Patrick Muffley served at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth in Virginia with a transitional internship before fulfilling his Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. Dr. Patrick Muffley is a certified diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Patrick Muffley has remained current with developments in medicine and medical procedures through training programs, such as Da Vinci Surgical Robotics at Ohio State University and courses on advanced laparoscopy, microsurgery, and hysteroscopy.
Dr. Patrick Muffley contributes extensively to his field of practice with noteworthy publications in various medical journals. Some of his areas of specialty include the noninvasive treatment of urinary incontinence, endometrial ablation for dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and hysteroscopic sterilization.
Dr. Patrick Muffley belongs to several medical organizations, including the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology (formerly the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology), the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the American Osteopathic Association, the American Medical Association, and the Ohio State Medical Association.
Dr. Patrick Muffley contributes to several charitable organizations, including Habitat for Humanity and the Salvation Army.
