About Dr. Molly Hall
Dr. Molly Hall has 25 years of experience educating undergraduate and graduate medical students. In her current position as Chief Academic Officer and Vice President of Academic Affairs for Premier Health Partners (PHP), a network of 65 health institutions serving southwest Ohio, Dr. Molly Hall manages academic activities, continuing medical education, and research at two PHP hospitals: Good Samaritan Hospital Dayton and Miami Valley Hospital.
In addition, Dr. Molly Hall serves as Associate Dean of the Boonshoft School of Medicine at Wright State University, an affiliate college of PHP’s hospitals. Dr. Hall is a key liaison between PHP and the Boonshoft School of Medicine, which provides training to 365 resident physicians and fellows. Dr. Molly Hall is also a Professor of Psychiatry at Wright State University.
A Retired United States Air Force (USAF) Colonel, Dr. Molly Hall honed her teaching capabilities over 21 years of active duty service with the USAF’s Medical Corps. During her time as a senior leader with the Air Force Medical Service, Dr. Hall gained invaluable experience developing and executing healthcare models, directing educational programs, and providing expert medical advice to top military commanders.
While a member of the USAF, Dr. Molly Hall worked as a Director of Residency Training for the Psychiatry Residency Program of the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and the base’s affiliated Wright State University. Dr. Hall has also operated as an Associate Professor and Assistant Chair of the Department of Psychiatry of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, where she maintained responsibility for medical education programs, course curriculum, and staff development.
More recently, Dr. Molly Hall oversaw academic programming for more than 3,600 physician officers and 1,300 physicians as Dean of Graduate Medical Education for the USAF and a Clinical Associate Professor of the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
