About Dr. Kenneth Friedman
A longtime resident of Raleigh, North Carolina, Dr. Kenneth Friedman serves his community and its environs as an exemplary medical professional and cardiologist. Founding his private practice, Cardiology Associates, in the greater metropolitan area of Raleigh, North Carolina, in May 2005, Dr. Kenneth Friedman currently enjoys his position as Owner and Manager at one of the leading cardiology centers in Johnston County. With a focus on both inpatient and outpatient care, Dr. Kenneth Friedman and the professionals at Cardiology Associates employ the latest in state-of-the-art technology to treat patients using noninvasive methods.
Prior to the establishment of Cardiology Associates in the Raleigh region, Dr. Kenneth Friedman completed his training as a cardiologist and medical practitioner as some of the finest academic and research institutions in the country. Dr. Kenneth Friedman fulfilled residencies and post-graduate education through the State University of New York at Stony Brook, the New York University Hospital, and elsewhere. In addition, Dr. Kenneth Friedman received training in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Diseases at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park, New York, an affiliate of the North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System (NSLIJ). Beginning in September 1985, Dr. Kenneth Friedman attended the St. Louis, Missouri-based Washington University School of Medicine, where he graduated with honors in June 1989.
Today, Dr. Kenneth Friedman keeps his credentials current and receives continuing education in cardiology through his membership in the American Medical Association and the Society of Geriatric Cardiology. An entrepreneur as well, Dr. Kenneth Friedman has shared his expertise as a featured speaker at the MIT Enterprise Forum of Washington, D.C., and Baltimore. Dr. Kenneth Friedman practices cardiology in Clayton, North Carolina, and other locations within the Raleigh area.
