4-The first graduates of the Faculties of Law in1960 according to the university arrangement (average of the four years).

5-The country doctorate from Paris university by an estimate of very good is with the reservation of the thesis to the prize of the better theses 1968.

6-The grant of the French National Research Center for the printing of the thesis at the expense of the French country.

The functional gradation :

1-An assisting delegate by the State Council in 1960 by order of The Egyptian Presidency.

2-The member of the educational mission from 1962 until 1968 in France.

3-A lecturer at faculty of law Ain Shams University then a teacher then an assistant professor then the professor in 1979.

4-The deputy of faculty of law Ain Shams University to the postgraduate studies and the researches starting from 1984.

5-The civil law department president faculty of law Ain Shams University .

6- First Dean of the Faculty of Law Menofia university.
