Dr. Saleem also served as a Team Leader in the Adult Inpatient Psychiatric Unit. In addition to her tenure at the hospital, she served indigent and low-income families while working with Shasta County Health and Human Services Agency and Tahema County Health Services Agency.
In June 2003, Dr. Hala Saleem became Medical Director at Modern Therapies for Mind and Soul. Dr. Saleem is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Inc. (board certified). As a member of the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry and the California Society of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, she stays abreast of the latest advancements in mental health care through numerous medical journals and professional conferences.
