The world-renowned Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group will operate Dr. Cem Kinay’s $1 billion development investment, which will include villas, condos, and hotel rooms along 560 acres. Dr. Cem Kinay has requested prominent architects to build The O Property Collection’s signature structures.
Although The O Property Collection will introduce Dellis Cay as its flagship real estate property, Dr. Cem Kinay possesses several additional accomplishments in the tourism industry. While practicing medicine in Austria, Dr. Cem Kinay co-created a yachting business based in Turkey. Dr. Cem Kinay then followed with Gulet Touristik’s Club Magic Life village, a groundbreaking all-inclusive hotel model in the Austrian tourism sector. By 1996, Dr. Cem Kinay’s Gulet Touristik became the top charter tour operator in Europe with Club Magic Life villages in the Caribbean, Bulgaria, Greece, Mexico, Tunisia, Turkey, and Egypt. Dr. Cem Kinay increased his all-inclusive tourism company to serve more than half a million guests annually before transitioning to resort development in 2005. The year after founding The O Property Collection, Dr. Cem Kinay received the “State Medal” from Austria’s President.
