Introduction
Alfred Bonati is a well-established and highly published doctor specializing in sophisticated spinal surgery methods. In 1991, Dr. Alfred Bonati founded The Bonati Institute, the world's premier center for advanced spine surgery located in Hudson, Florida. Dr. Alfred Bonati created The Bonati Procedures, which are today considered the world standard for highly developed laser spine surgery. Over the last 20 years, Dr. Bonati has performed The Bonati Procedures over 35,000 times with consistently high levels of success. In addition to his role as President of The Bonati Institute, Dr. Bonati serves as President of Medical Development Corporation.

Alfred O. Bonati. M.D. was the first to obtain a United States Patent on arthroscopic laser spine surgery covering both methods and specialized instruments and was the first to obtain FDA approval for Holmium YAG laser use on the spine.
