About Dr. Alexander MacGregor
Dr. Alexander MacGregor has dedicated over two decades to his career in biotechnology research and education. His extensive body of knowledge and experience have made him an expert in each research phase, from new drug development to regulatory practices to clinical research and trial stages. A global leader in his field, Dr. Alexander MacGregor's education and work have taken him around the world and given him opportunities to facilitate emerging pharmaceutical industries in both the Caribbean and China. To this end, Dr. Alexander MacGregor has been named an official pharmaceutical adviser to the City of Beijing. He also continues to be active with the governments of the Caribbean countries. He remains active in monitoring the expanding system of biotechnology delivery, as well as in working as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Technology in Jamaica.
After years of intensive study, Dr. Alexander MacGregor graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Cardiff University, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wales. Following his undergraduate work, Dr. Alexander MacGregor earned a Doctor of Science from Pacific University, a Doctor of Philosophy from the Royal Postgraduate Medical School at the University of London, and a Master-Class Certificate in Pharmaceutical Technology from the European Continuing Education College at the University of Liverpool.
After his studies, Dr. Alexander MacGregor moved abroad to Canada where he founded the Toronto Institute of Pharmaceutical Technology, based on a philosophy that the highest standards must be upheld in the instruction of biotechnology research. This commitment to providing opportunities for superior pedagogy in his field has resulted in world-class discoveries and advances in the field. Additionally, Dr. Alexander MacGregor's knowledge and practice have trained dozens of highly skilled technologists who continue to fuel new ideas and research with their unparalleled knowledge.
Dr. Alexander MacGregor has been granted several patents for his unique discoveries and inventions in his high-tech field. A dedicated researcher, he has published dozens of manuscripts and articles aimed at making his ideas and innovations available for international use. Dr. Alexander MacGregor continues to live in the Toronto area, where he is fully engaged with the research being conducted at the Toronto Institute of Pharmaceutical Technology.
