Dr. Adam Abram attended medical school at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, where he received his medical degree in 1988. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Virginia. Following the completion of his training in otolaryngology, Dr. Abram spent an additional year at the Medical University of South Carolina, where he received fellowship training in plastic and facial surgery. He attended college at Vanderbilt University, where he majored in molecular biology and chemistry, graduating summa cum laude. During college, he spent a year abroad studying European history in Vienna, Austria. He remains an avid reader of history and other non-fiction to this day.

A member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Adam Abram possesses board certification in otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery.
