All Longwood Water Services engineers are highly experienced in installation support, general maintenance, fault finding and repairs. The service engineers have qualifications and experience in wide range of engineering disciplines including electrical, mechanical and process engineering, plus all engineers are confined space.

The servicing department offer onsite maintenance contracts on all sewage treatment products. It is also has laboratory facilities for detailed sample analysis and identification of process problems, including biological and chemical monitoring.
