In his established position within the group’s international women’s apparel company, Douglas Zarkin continues to spearhead a multitude of innovative and effective marketing and strategic planning tactics proven to deliver tremendous growth. Prior to joining Warnaco, Douglas Zarkin served as a Retail Marketing and Brand Development Consultant to Gerson Lehrman Group, a private professional services firm in New York, New York. During his tenure, Zarkin served as the interim VP of Marketing of a licensing and marketing firm representing a high-end entertainment-driven retail brand portfolio featuring celebrities like Sharon Stone, Teri Hatcher, Mary Kate and Ashley Olson, and Fergie. Douglas Zarkin graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from George Washington University. He later attended American University, where he received his Master of Business Administration in Marketing.
