For the past 16 years, Dr. Markin and the staff at Douglas W. Markin, D.D.S., P.C., have focused on providing general dentistry for children and adults of all ages. The office is conveniently located next to the Walnut Grove Plaza in Southwest Omaha, beside a city park. 

Founding his practice on the values of honesty and integrity, Douglas W. Markin, D.D.S. ensures the needs of each of his patients are met with exceptional and skilled care, in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Dr. Markin understands that his patients are hardworking people; therefore, he makes it a priority to provide treatment at reasonable fees and offers a unique financing option. Because the practice emphasizes traditional, individualized care instead of patient volume or numbers, most new patients are referred to Dr. Markin from satisfied patients. Dr. Markin’s patients enjoy the rapport he builds with them, and he considers many as close, personal friends. 

A committed family man, Douglas W. Markin, D.D.S. has been married for 22 years; he and his wife have three children. The family believes in giving back to the community, and do so each month as volunteers at a local homeless shelter and rehabilitation facility, where they serve breakfast to people in need. Dr. Markin and his family have also participated in church programs that aid people living in poverty, as well as immigrants trying to establish themselves in the United States.
