Serving as a Coach, Teacher, Lawyer, and Financial Planner, Douglas Tracia possesses a strong background in providing others with expert instruction. He has volunteered as a Coach for several youth organizations in Massachusetts, and has been active with several schools including The Governor John Carver Elementary School, The Easton Junior High School, Oliver Ames High School, and The Heath School. In addition to coordinating interscholastic activities in the Public Schools of Brookline, Douglas Tracia has coached such sports as baseball, tennis, softball, volleyball, basketball, and soccer. In addition to leading children's recreational activities, Douglas Tracia has also been designated a Proficient Road Captain for the Harley Davidson Owners Group’s North Hampton Seacoast Chapter. Douglas Tracia’s instructional experience started with an assignment as a Teaching Assistant in the Physics for Movement Science Department while he attended Springfield College. Douglas Tracia qualified for teaching certificates in English, Physical Education, Health Education, and General Sciences. After graduating from college, he worked as a Teacher in the Massachusetts Department of Elementary & Secondary Education. He taught physical education, English, literature, writing, and SAT preparatory courses. Following his period as an Elementary School Teacher, Douglas Tracia taught college-level courses between 1994 and 1996. Douglas Tracia instructed courses on constitutional law, legal writing, and paralegal studies at the Beverly Campus of North Shore Community College. As a Lawyer, Douglas Tracia provided clients with legal representation, as well as significant financial and investment advice. His firm, D.F. Tracia & Associates, Inc., provides advice to businesses, families, and individuals. In 2003, Douglas Tracia founded the BEACON National Advisory Team, an organization of 17 insurance and financial service professionals which represent 132 companies nationwide. Through the BEACON National Advisory Team, Douglas Tracia’s firm offers clients the expertise of a wide network of industry professionals.
