- · Solely responsible for liaising with the client’s organisation and advising of any legal requirements and best practice
- · Conducting various other tasks such as recruiting and managing consultants, contract negotiation, strategic planning and managing budgets and business planning
Key Achievements
- · Advisor to the Professional Standards Board at the Chartered Insurance Institute (December 2008-present)
- · Successfully led the review of the race equality scheme for the police at Centrex (2006)

- · Actively managing budgets and drafting relevant committee reports and briefing notes as well as researching any appropriate diversity issues
