DEOL Partners manages commercial real estate development projects, both alone and in partnership with leading international investors and developers. Our most visible projects include Kiev Airport City, Mall of Ukraine, Leonardo Business Centre and Senator Apartments.

Kiev Airport City (under development): A mixed use project across the street from Boryspil Airport's new terminal D. The project includes 2 upscale hotels: 200-room 5-star hotel and 220-room 4-star hotel, 5 office buildings, retail space and a convention centre. Commercial GBA is 299,009 m2.

Mall of Ukraine (under development): A super-regional shopping and leisure complex with GLA 138,915 m2. Chosen anchors are hypermarket (Auchan), DIY store, home & household and leisure operators.

Senator Apartments: The leading serviced apartment chain in Ukraine. The Company has developed, owns and manages 2 Senator Apartments properties. More than 8 related projects are projected by 2012.

Others: DEOL Partners has a portfolio of projects where we are looking for financial and development partners. These include land bank with initial concept design up to and including fully permitted projects near the city center. We are in active discussions on these projects with potential investors.
