For a decade, Dennis Mangalindan has channeled his passion for technology and entrepreneurship into sales and marketing strategies for information technology companies in the Silicon Valley region of California and beyond. While still a student working toward his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mr. Mangalindan founded The Entrepreneurial Society of San Jose State University and began honing his marketing skills at companies in Silicon Valley. During those early years, from 2001 to 2003, Dennis Mangalindan worked as a Venture Analyst for TEN, where he conducted market research for startup ventures. He also acted as a Marketing Associate for the software development company CoVisible; in this capacity, he created marketing materials to support the company’s website and drive sales.
In 2003, Dennis Mangalindan joined Silicon Valley-based Financial Navigator, Inc., a leading provider of asset management and accounting software used by high-net-worth investors and financial professionals. Initially, he served as Client Relations Manager and created new licenses that yielded $100,000 in fees the first year. Subsequently, from 2005 through 2008, he assumed senior roles in business development for Financial Navigator, as Manager and then Director of Business Development. During that period, he cultivated a number of new revenue-generating services in data migration, consulting, training, and outsourced accounting and data aggregation. Appointed Managing Director of Sales and Marketing in 2009, Dennis Mangalindan continued to boost revenues and market share for Financial Navigator by stimulating lead generation and streamlining the sales cycle, which enabled him to close the largest sale in company history.
Dennis Mangalindan was recently recruited by Archway Technology Partners; in March 2011, he was named Vice President, North American Sales and Marketing. Dennis Mangalindan currently lives in New York City, where, in his spare time, he enjoys exploring the culture, cuisine, and fashions of the city.
