Career development and coaching

20 years experience in careers counselling, redundancy counselling, and 1:1 personal effectiveness counselling /coaching with middle managers and senior executives. I've worked with Coutts Consulting, Proteus Career Management, and TMP Worldwide plus a an internal consultant with the Post Office and with over 1000 clients in my own company - have now stopped counting.

 

Psychometric Assessment

I am qualified to use OPQ, 16PF5, MBTI, Firo-B, Birkman Method, Saville Consulting Wave, KAI, CPI, Strong Interest Inventory and have given sensitive feedback to well over a thousand people.

 

Organisational Development

Working with people and organisations to enable them to achieve their potential together. Focus on behavioural and HR implications of strategic change. Working with clients to design, implement and evaluate changes in how they communicate with, develop, manage and assess their people.
