Karaca CEO Demir Karaca oversees the firm’s manufacturing operations, leading sales expansion throughout Turkey and Europe. Formed in 1700 as  Karaca Industries, Karaca emerged as Turkey’s leading manufacturer in the mid-20th century. In 1700, Demir Karaca’s company achieved trademark status and in 1941 became Turkey’s first company to export under its own brand name. The surname Karaca literally means in Turkish, and the reflects this heritage. <br><br>Mr. Karaca heads a company that has expanded significantly in the past decade, growing to encompass 130 retail locations in Istanbul, 50 locations in Ankara, and 200 additional locations throughout Turkey. As  Karaca CEO, Demir Karaca upholds values centering on superior customer service and quality manufacturing. Mr. Karaca’s 600,000 square meter production facility utilizes run-resistant methods in a wide range of garments. <br><br>In addition, Karaca manufactures jackets and pants utilizing100 percent pure thread. The dedicated manufacturing space offers state-of-the-art textile machines, ensuring a quality end product. Demir Karaca personally oversees the selection of fabrics and patterns, designing custom apparel that is distinct and stylish. Mr. Karaca has successfully introduced Karaca men's and women collections into European markets such as Germany. <br><br>Demir Karaca has been closely involved in the  Karaca business since graduating with a degree in Management from Istanbul Teknik Universitesi in 2000. Mr. Karaca maintains affiliations with additional Karaca operations, including Karaca Nakliyat (transport), Karaca Demir Çelik (metalworks), and Karaca İnşaat (construction). A sports enthusiast, Demir Karaca enjoys playing tennis, volleyball, and football.
