David Van Der Poel

 

David Van Der Poel - Professional Summary:     Commanding a wide range of expertise in the field of marketing and business administration, David Van Der Poel presently serves in a variety of capacities with several different companies. Most recently, he became an Advisor for Gotstyle Menswear, a Toronto, Canada-based clothing store offering men’s formalwear for business and social events.

Mr. Van Der Poel concurrently helps lead Rypl.com as the company’s Vice President of Marketing. With the company since 2005, he has been instrumental in implementing strategies and policies that serve the company’s primary goals, in generating new computer applications, and in developing new business relationships. Along with serving Rypl.com in a consultative and administrative capacity, he has independently invested in a restaurant and bar since 2007.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Groningen, one of the oldest educational institutions in the Netherlands. In his free hours, he enjoys spending time with his daughter.
