About David Parisier
David Parisier currently acts as Managing Director and Key Principal for Paredim Partners LLC, in White Plains, New York. In this role, Mr. Parisier oversees daily operations at the private real estate management, development, and investment firm, which boasts 11 multifamily properties in addition to other New York residential developments. In 1987, he began his career as an Assistant Product Manager at Equitable Real Estate Investment Management in New York, Inc., where he aided in the development and marketing of real estate investment funds worth more than $3.5 billion. David Parisier’s next career move took him to Edward S. Gordon Company, Inc., where he served from 1991 to 1995 in the Office and Retail Leasing Divisions and the Financial Services Group. As Assistant Vice President of the Asset Management Group of S.L. Green Properties Inc., Mr. Parisier significantly contributed to the acquisition of more than $150 million in commercial office properties.
In 1997, David Parisier joined Mack-Cali Realty Corporation as Director of Acquisitions, where he acted as a key figure in the acquisition of more than $300 million worth of properties in Boston, Philadelphia, New York, Connecticut, and Washington, D.C. Prior to joining Paredim Partners, David Parisier acted as Managing Director of Acquisitions for Capital Properties, where he acquired properties up and down the eastern seaboard and created a program to identify and secure new equity partner business to expand operations. David Parisier enrolled in Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts, in 1983, where he studied international finance, economics, and government.
After earning his Bachelor of Arts in 1987, Mr. Parisier gained admission to the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business, where he graduated with his MBA in Finance in 1991. When David Parisier has time for leisurely pursuits, he enjoys skiing, bicycling, golfing, or playing racquet sports such as tennis and squash. He also remains an expert in computer and financial modeling and possesses a working knowledge of French.
