About David Lubertazzo

David Lubertazzo began his career in 1984 and currently serves as the Founder and Vice President of Fixed Operations Solutions II, a training firm for automotive professionals. During his 25-plus years of working in the automotive sector, David Lubertazzo has helped dealerships achieve increased profits and higher Customer Satisfaction Indexes (CSI).


Beginning as an Assistant Parts Manger with Peugeot Motors of North America, David Lubertazzo quickly rose to a management position before joining Volvo Cars of North America as a Regional After Sales Manager in 1988. During his 10 years with Volvo, David Lubertazzo was responsible for boosting parts sales from $18 million to $21 million through service and wholesale channels. In addition to overseeing franchise compliance for warranties, training, and facility image, David Lubertazzo was responsible for increasing the company’s CSI by 20 percent over a 2-year period.


From 1998 to 2001, David Lubertazzo served as the Fixed Operations Director for John Roberts BMW in Texas. With John Roberts BMW, David Lubertazzo was instrumental in increasing sales more than 35 percent during a 12-month period. By developing a more effective business model for the company, David Lubertazzo was able to achieve a 9 percent increase in the CSI for John Roberts BMW, making the dealership’s 92 percent CSI one of the highest in BMW’s Southern Region. In his position of Fixed Operations Director of Texas Toyota from 2001 to 2003, David Lubertazzo improved the dealership’s CSI to the manufacturer’s preferred levels and implemented a working merchandise strategy, an inventory management plan, a financial plan, and a human resource development strategy. David Lubertazzo’s business strategies resulted in a more than a 40 percent increase in sales and the honor of Most Improved dealership in the Dallas/Fort Worth market by the manufacturer.


With a long history of direct management and strategic development experience, David Lubertazzo commands knowledge of workflow analysis and all aspects of the automotive industry, including pricing, retention marketing, parts and service, and accessories.
