About David Lubertazzo
New Jersey native David Lubertazzo serves as the Vice President of Fixed Operations Solutions II, a training firm designed to teach automotive managers and sales staff how to optimize their businesses. David Lubertazzo and his executive colleagues at Fixed Operations Solutions II possess more than 50 years of experience in the automotive sector, which they have applied to helping clients reach the highest levels of profitability in the country. Prior to establishing Fixed Operations Solutions II in 2003, David Lubertazzo rose through the ranks of the automotive industry to achieve some of the highest positions in the fixed operations sector.
David Lubertazzo began his career in the New York metropolitan area at a parts warehouse for a European importer. Working his way up through the ranks, David Lubertazzo eventually took on a management position, supervising five other employees, before he was hired at Volvo Cars of North America as a Regional After Sales Manager. At Volvo, David Lubertazzo oversaw Fixed Operations activities for 22 Volvo retailers in Texas and Oklahoma.
In his position with Volvo Cars, David Lubertazzo was responsible for increasing parts sales from $18 million to $21 million through service and wholesale channels. David Lubertazzo also found the time to attend Dominican College in Blauvelt, New York, while employed full time. David Lubertazzo earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from the four-year school and was a Dean’s List graduate.
Prior to founding Fixed Operations Solutions II in 2003, David Lubertazzo worked as a Fixed Operations Director for John Roberts BMW and as a Fixed Operations Director for Texas Toyota. In his accomplished past, David Lubertazzo has served as a purchasing agent, written installation manuals, and excelled as a Service and Fixed Operations Director for luxury, mid-line, and domestic vehicle dealerships. At Fixed Operations Solutions II, David Lubertazzo assisted his clients in being honored with their manufacturer’s Presidents Award, as well as high rankings in the national Customer Satisfaction Index.
