David Gadish

Dr. David Gadish serves as Vice President of Operations at Gadish Properties, Inc.; Director of Gadish Management Consulting, Inc.; and Professor at California State University, Los Angeles in the College of Business and Economics. In all three of his roles, David Gadish applies significant leadership, creativity, and innovation. At Gadish Properties, Inc., David Gadish implements technology solutions for managing hundreds of REO (real estate owned) properties simultaneously. Since David Gadish began architecting Gadish Properties, Inc.’s infrastructure, the company has reached a volume of REO transactions ranking among the highest in the country. David Gadish complements his work at Gadish Properties, Inc. through his role at Gadish Management Consulting, Inc. Applying characteristic creativity and innovation, David Gadish assists government and corporate entities in business and IT planning. Moreover, David Gadish uses his expertise in real estate to the benefit of his clients at Gadish Management Consulting, Inc. and has been involved in the operations and startup of real estate ventures. David Gadish is the bearer of a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of Guelph in Canada, where he also studied Computer Science and Mathematics.
