As the managing member of The Law Offices of Daniel A. Singer PLLC, Daniel A. Singer offers experienced counseling to small and medium-sized businesses. Daniel A. Singer represents clients in a full range of business and commercial transactions, including representation with respect to the drafting and negotiation of shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, and operating agreements; licensing agreements; contracts regarding the purchase or sale of a business; vendor contracts; commercial and residential leases; employment agreements; and confidentiality agreements. Prior to negotiating any transaction, Mr. Singer engages with the client in order to best determine the client’s specific and unique goals. Based on such a determination, a strategy is implemented to accomplish these goals while at the same time keeping legal fees to a minimum.
Daniel A. Singer graduated from McGill University with Honors and earned his Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. Mr. Singer is an active member of the New York City Bar Association and is a former member of its Committee on International Trade. Daniel A. Singer is also an active member of the New York County Lawyers’ Association.
