From the age of six, when she received her first radio as a gift, Dana Lundon Masucci showed an interest in radio. Her fascination carried over into her teenage years, when she would visit her area radio stations to ask questions and learn the ropes, eventually being called on to lend her voice to some commercials. By 1985, Dana Lundon Masucci had been hired for her first paying job in radio, and in 1986, she was offered a full-time job at a top 40 station, WKCI-FM, in New Haven, Connecticut.

From WKCI, Dana Lundon Masucci moved on to radio stations in Dayton, Ohio, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In the course of her three years at Milwaukee’s “Hot 102” (WLUM-FM), she served as a midday host and Music Director and was rated one of the area’s top-five midday air personalities. She also added weekend shifts at Chicago’s WBBM-FM, the city’s number-one top 40 station, to her schedule during this period. She eventually moved on to WTIC-FM in Hartford, Connecticut; WZEE-FM in Madison, Wisconsin; and WJET-FM in Erie, Pennsylvania, in both on-air and executive capacities.

Today, Dana Lundon Masucci serves as a morning show co-host at WDVD-FM in Detroit, Michigan, a Citadel Broadcasting Corporation affiliate, now part of Cumulus Media Inc. Her career has brought her numerous recognitions and awards, including Billboard magazine’s Medium Market Music Director of the Year in 1991 and 1994, Gavin magazine’s Large Market Music Director of the Year in 1992 and 1993, and Bobby Poe’s Large Market Air Personality of the Year in 1993.

Dana Lundon Masucci is a visible personality in the Detroit area, having put in time and effort toward events for the Michigan Humane Society, the Michigan Veterans Foundation, Volunteers of America, The American National Red Cross, and The Salvation Army. In 2004, Ms. Masucci was placed in the top 24 finalists out of a pool of well over 1000 people for a TV host position with QVC, Inc.
