For over two decades, Cornell Petrisor has overseen all of the daily business operations of Cornell’s Quality Construction, Inc., the company he founded in Bellevue, Washington. The enterprise works in conjunction with a sister company, Tile & Marble Quality Service, Inc., to provide the greater King County area with the full gamut of residential construction services, including, all-inclusive remodeling, and home additions from full home remodels to kitchen and bath remodels as specialties. Operating as a full-service construction company, Cornell’s Quality Construction offers electrical, plumbing, painting, and custom slab work with the equipment in the warehouse to do the fabrication. As the president, Cornell Petrisor maintains a high level of involvement both in the office and onsite, personally conducting many tasks, such as discussing construction plans with customers and performing the free initial estimate. Additionally, Cornell Petrisor supervises every job site and personally oversees the purchase of all materials to ensure quality. As the founder of the company, Cornell Petrisor developed a business philosophy centered on customer service and high standards of excellence. To that end, Cornell’s Quality Construction, Inc., earned accreditation from the Better Business Bureau in 2002 and maintains an A+ rating with the organization. Cornell Petrisor keeps the company up-to-date with industry developments and regulations through membership in the National Association of Home Builders, the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties, and the Association of Washington Business. Cornell Petrisor gives back to the local community by contributing to the King County Sheriff’s Office, and The Millionair Club Charity.
