Connie Milstein - Professional Experience:
From 1992 to 2003, Ms. Milstein served as a Director of Emigrant Savings Bank. From 1992-1999, she also served as Co-Chairman of Douglas Elliman Inc.
Ms. Milstein graduated from New York University and went on to earn a J.D. cum laude from North Carolina Central University Law School, where she was comment editor of the law journal. Upon graduation, she embarked upon a successful legal career, first at the Washington D.C. law firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Kampelman, and later in the General Counsel's office of the federal Department of Transportation.

Ms. Milstein is a philanthropist and patron of the sciences, education and the arts. She is a Board Member/Trustee of the New York-Presbyterian Hospital, a Member/Governor of the New York-Presbyterian Foundation, Inc., and a Member of the Royal Charter Properties, Inc. At NYPH she serves on the Quality and Performance Improvement Committee, the Real Estate and Major Facilities Committee, and the Joint Conference Committee. She is the driving force behind the creation of the Vivian and Seymour Milstein Family Heart Center, designed by Pei Cobb Freed and currently under construction.
