As a member of an out-sourced IT team, my primary role is to facilitate change within the client organisation ensuring delivery against requirements; development of business plans / solutions while managing projects and stakeholders, including 3rd parties.
2002 - 2009 Independent Consultant
Fulfilled contracts and interim roles in a variety of organisations including; The Institute of Cancer Research (ICR), The Institute of Engineering & Technology (IET) and Veolia Environment. Assignments included; IT Migration Strategy development, operational review, business process mapping, project manager mentoring, as well as project management of service, software and hardware implementation projects.
