South Forbes’ Thriving Mediterranean Community

Quaint and Quick. South Forbes has come up with two new model villas in addition to the already rich collection of Spanish-inspired homes in the enclave.

The Pontevedra, the first of two, is a 106-square meter, 3-bedroom home ideal for starting families. Upon entering, the double-volume living area becomes the perfect welcome to come home to, which extends to a dining setting for six. Quick meals can also be taken at the bar counter for three. The second floor accommodates a spacious master bedroom with its own walk-in closet and bathroom, and two other bedrooms where the children can be in their own territory.

The Cartagena, the larger of the two, is a more spacious home at 142 square meters indoor floor area. The ground floor is practically a party place with a bigger living area and a dining that expands seating to eight. Cooking may be the highlight of the family with a more spacious kitchen with a bar counter for informal dining. The second level bedrooms are now larger that is suitable for grown kids and teenagers with their more-active lifestyle. The master bedroom has a longer terrace that practically stretches out along the whole façade. A charming nook beside the staircase can alternate as a family area or a study.

The Villas clubhouse is the main attraction of the village which exudes the spice of the Mediterranean coast. An immensely-landscaped cascade continuously feeds the pool much like a mountainside waterfall.
